We want you to be happy with every order. Sealed product can be returned in its original sealed condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed condition. Items that have been opened, sleeved or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include photos of the packaging and product and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to request a return
Email hello@hyperzonecollectibles.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
